Please note that from time to time our iternaries may be amended, either for operational reasons or in response to feedback from customers. Please ensure you have
read the latest Trip Notes before booking or travelling on your tour.
The tour-contract, including all matters arising from it, is subject to Cambodian law and the eclusive jurisdiction of the Cambodian Courts.
Limits of Responsibility
Sihanoukvilleguideservice purchases transportation, restaurant services and other services from various independent suppliers that are not subject
to its control. Therefore, Sihanoukvilleguideservice can not be liable for any death, personal injury, or other loss that may occur during the tour.
Insurance
Sihanoukvilleguideservice does not arrange travel insurance for its participants. The participants are
highly recommended to be covered by travel insurance before attending our tour.
We require all pariticipants on Day Tours and Multi-Day Tours to have their own insurance. Insurance is not included in the cost of any tours with
sihanoukvilleguideservice.com. Guests accept responsibility to ensure they have adequate coverage for their trip.
Alteration of itinerary
Sihanoukvilleguideservice reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. In all
case, Sihanoukvilleguideservice will do its best to maintain the content of the tour.

your booking my be provided to third party suppliers where
completely necessary, such as transport reservation, hotel reservation, restaurant reservations or tour reservations etc. We will never share your email address with third parties.
From time to time we like to take photos of our experiences for marketing
purposes. These may be shared online. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer not to have your photo taken or shared
